Even though my diet has evolved after this discussion, meat and organs are still the most nutrient-dense foods for humans and there are no risks to eating MORE of these foods…

In fact, I believe that centering your diet around meat and organs is key to optimal health…

Removing vegetables from my diet was key to reversing my autoimmune conditions and many others have found tremendous benefits as well…

I do not think that the carnivore diet is sustainable for long-term health but it is still a very powerful short-term intervention that has helped tens of thousands of people heal…

Ultimately, adding healthy sources of carbohydrates from fruit and honey is what helped me feel my best…

If you are thriving, there is no reason to change anything…

But if you are not, removing certain vegetables from your diet and centering it around meat and organs while incorporating some fruit is a great place to start…

I encourage you to experiment with different foods and see what makes you feel your best...

Finally, meat, organs, eggs, fruit, honey, and raw dairy are the most nutrient-dense foods for humans…

These foods allowed us to thrive and evolve for hundreds of thousands of years…

It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…

This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...
