Flash flooding hit the borough of Sharpsburg near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Monday, July 3. This video of the flooding on 16th Street was captured by resident Jamie Centorbi Horne. Motorists were advised to avoid flooded roads, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported.
