This timelapse shot on Saturday, June 30, shows smoke rising from the County Fire in Northern California’s Yolo County. The fire had burned 22,000 acres by July 1 and was uncontained, CalFire said. Mandatory evacuation were ordered in several areas.. The fire, which began on Saturday, reportedly doubled in size overnight. The cause of the fire was still under investigation.
