An infant stump-tailed macaque was recently brought into the care of Free the Bears Fund, and the organisation shared a video of the baby on June 29. The rescue organisation believes the young monkey is around two months old, and she only weighs 540 grams. At the time of writing, she was still in need of 24-hour care by the rescue but clips showed her enjoying the attention which included some cuddles with a carer and a bowl of tasty fruit. The animal also had an injury to her leg when she was rescued, and it’s thought to be stress-related from being taken away from her mother at a young age. Credit: Free the Bears Fund via Storyful
