I love doing my Convenient Workout that I co-created! I call it "perhaps the easiest way to build muscle in the world"!

These exercises are so easy to fit into my day!

Four exercises that work your major muscles:

- pushups and pullups for your upper body
- situps or planks for your core
- squats or lunges for your legs

Do one exercise at a time, so you don't work up a sweat and you don't have to change into gym clothes. You can do these at home or on the go, and you don't have to go to the gym.

I wrote an article about the Convenient Workout if you want more information:

Would you like to improve your mental health or the mental health of others?

Hi! I'm Matthew Dickson of: https://www.MindAid.ca

I have lots of great mental health tips for you if you're struggling (see below).

I also help people with mental illness in developing countries get access to basic mental health care.

I am the first person with schizophrenia to bicycle across Canada! A film was made about the ride...
