Police find apparently blood-spattered car but no driver in Brown County

The driver led officers on a chase that exceeded 100 mph after police noticed the white car had heavy front-end damage and streaks of a red substance on its hood. The chase ended at an Edgington Road home, where police found the vehicle but not the driver.
