SO MUCH TO DO IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN CURITIBA!

In this video, we continue our visit of the historic downtown area of Curitiba. The first palce we visited was a square called Praça Garibaldi where you will find a few gorgeous looking colonial buildings as well as couple of churches like Nossa Senhora do Rosário dos Pretos de São Benedito - Santuario das Almas and also 1ª Igreja Presbiteriana Independente de Curitiba. There is also a flower clock on the other side of the square as well as a very famous water fountain. Right next to the square there is also a building called Palácio Garibaldi which used to belong to an Italian family but nowadays is used as a reception hall. The next building which was truly a surprise to us was a mosque very close to Palácio Garibaldi called Mesquita Imam Ali Ibn Abi Tálib. This mosque was beautiful and the tile work and the design was done to perfection. After that we walked by the square behind Palácio Garibaldi called Praça João Cândido where you would find San Francisco Ruins (Ruínas de São Francisco) as well as an open air amphitheatre. After the square we passed by Largo da Ordem which is another nearby square surrounded by colourful buildings with colonial architecture. The last stop on our list was a building called the building of Arabic memorial (Memorial Árabe. We hope you enjoy the video :)
