Holtermann’s Bakery in Staten Island will be suing Whoopi Goldberg & ABC Network
because Whoopi lied that the bakery refused her service because of her political beliefs.

The bakery has been having issue with a boiler causing limited baking and couldn’t do standalone orders. What they had on hand in the bakery itself was what was available and could be picked up. That wasn’t good enough for Whoopi so she was determined to make them pay on National television.
