Someone stole someone's $$ and the fight was on... I bet it was about more than just $$. Alot of these people should have been in jail long ago. Cops came right before it happened and came too late after I called 911. Bummer. The one kids the one with the gun last night they never caught. So sad what the city council has turned Billings into a shithole.
