Post-Conditioning Pressing Small Workout

After a quick warmup for the shoulders and elbows I get back under some heavy dumbbells for strength-skill work and do 5 sets of triples as my primary movement

then for an accessory, rather than another press I finished with Lifefitness Machine laterals for the side delts which help keep my shoulders healthy
