STRENGTH WORKOUT WITH ALINA - STRETCHING FOR BEGINNERS WITH RESISTANCE BANDS
Welcome to strength training with Alina! In this video, stretching coach Alina will show you a strength training workout for beginners with resistance bands. Resistance bands allow you to increase the load on your muscles and make stretching more effective. Resistance bands are used to stretch legs and thighs, as well as to reduce the load, for example, when pulling up on the bar. This stretching allows you to effectively stretch the muscles of the thighs and legs, as a beginner in stretching can not always control the amplitude in strength training. This type of stretching is also effective if a person gradually increases the load, changing the resistance band you can increase your level of load when stretching.
This workout is designed for beginners and you can do this stretch at home.
