El grueso error de Salas Arenas fue, también, precipitadamente cerrar opciones de inscripciones independientes, dejando contrariamente una oferta electoral que limita expectativas de los electores.

De tantos partidos vacíos de contenido ideológico, sólo se aprecian a 3 partidos que escapan de ello.
