Glucose and weight 5 MONTHS after stopping Mounjaro GLP-1 | Predictable Results?

Welcome to my weekly VLOG! Today I report my glucose and average for the week and today's weight!

I just got done losing over 100 pounds. My waist went from 40 inches to 28 inches in just over a year! I did it with the help of Mounjaro, which I was taking for diabetes. I quit Mounjaro about 4 months ago. I've been able to maintain my weight since then and my glucose numbers are acceptable. Can I keep it up? Join my channel. Let me know how you're doing!

Starting blood sugar: 474 (BM- Before Mounjaro)
A1C Before: 10.6 A1C AFTER Mounjaro: 5.4
Blood sugar average this week (week 48): 124
Blood sugar average last week (week 47): 119
Weight this week (Week 48): 158.4 lbs
Weight last week (Week 47): 153.4 lbs
Gain/loss this week: +5 lbs

Starting weight 240-250 lbs (not real sure as I stopped getting on the scale past the 220 lbs milestone. Denial is a real thing y’all). Starting weight day 1 of Mounjaro (Week 1) 185-190 lbs. Began Mounjaro for the Type 2 diabetes primarily.

I’m now trying to maintain my weight at between 155 and 165 lbs.
