NRC chief: Western powers seen as 'hypocrites on an industrial scale' over Israel support
"Since we all agree that Russian occupation of Ukraine is very bad, how come Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza seems to be tolerable?"
The secretary general of the Norwegian Refugee Council, Jan Egeland, stressed that western powers are viewed as “hypocrites on an industrial scale” over their support for Israel as he responded to a question about the effects of the situation in the Middle East on the upcoming US election in an interview with Sky News on Wednesday.
