Radicals: The Proud Racist | BBC

BBC interviews Benjamin Raymond, the former spokesman for National Action, a 'far-right' group that aimed to organize Britain's youth into a national liberation movement. Inspired by National Socialism and native patriotic figures like Oswald Mosley and Arnold Leese, National Action was known for its high-quality propaganda and bold public activism on the streets. The group was founded in 2013 by Alex Davies, a former Young BNP member, and Benjamin Raymond, who had previously been affiliated with the Integralist Party and Iron March. Their primary goal was to advocate for the group interests of the native peoples. However, on Friday, 16 December 2016, the group was proscribed as a terrorist organization under the Terrorism Act 2000, making it a criminal offense to support or be a member. In response, National Action disbanded itself. Benjamin Raymond, the group's former spokesman, is currently serving an 8-year sentence for "continued membership in a proscribed terrorist organization."
