Black Sesame and Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients:
For the crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup black sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the filling:

2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and boiled until soft
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup black sesame paste
Instructions:
Prepare the crust:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, toasted sesame seeds, sugar, and melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Make the filling:

In a large bowl, mash the boiled sweet potatoes until smooth.
Stir in the condensed milk, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, and black sesame paste. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
Assemble the pie:

Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool the pie on a wire rack before serving.
