Was Hurricane Milton an Artificial Weather Event?

Never has NOAA been able to predict the EXACT trajectory of a hurricane FIVE DAYS in advance without ever appreciably adjusting its track ONE TIME over the duration of the storm.

It’s almost as if Hurricane Milton was generated, targeted, and then coaxed along to its ultimate site coordinates south of Tampa Bay. The prediction maps never deviated by more than 50 miles. The storm was cranked up to a Cat-5, and then it lowered again to a Cat-3 so as to do less damage. Unfortunately, it does appear they miscalculated because the winds on the tail end were much stronger than the ones on the front.

When you’re building a weapon that’s just a cherry on top.

Was this an experiment by the American government? Or were we actually attacked by the Chinese?
