Complaint to the Quebec Law Society regarding former MOJ David Lametti

A complaint to the Quebec Law Society regarding the conduct of the former Minister of Justice David Lametti.
The former and current Ministers of Justice refuse to provide the opinion provided to Cabinet to justify the decision to enforce martial law through the Emergencies Act. The conduct has been determined by the Federal Court to be without justification, illegal and unconstitutional. The Government is appealing that decision. I submitted my evidence as an Intervener which discloses David Lametti making false and misleading statements as to his duties in order to avoid doing them. Not in good faith as the MInister contrary to his claim before POEC.
