Today, on Day 241 of sobriety, I reflected on life and my unexpected break from workouts due to a scheduling mix-up. I also spoke about my long-held desire to write a book—something I planned to do at 50 but realized there’s no need to wait. With all the notes I’ve kept over the years, I’m ready to begin writing now, and Sundays seem like the perfect time to dedicate to this project.

When it comes to the music, Black Pumas' "Colors" is simply a masterpiece. The song truly paints beautiful, vibrant colors in my mind every time I listen. I highly recommend checking out their channel and subscribing!
