Hot pepper - 15 g
Garlic - 3 cloves
Water - 50 ml
Cilantro - 10 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper - to taste
For serving, I used:

Melted butter
Finely chopped herbs
Freshly ground pepper
Sour cream (25%)
