TNT #202 - Dynamite Conspiracy - Who was the Babushka Lady?

"She dressed like a woman but stood like a man", to paraphrase the Kink's song.

The "she" was the mysterious Babushka Lady, who seemed to have an exceptionally wonderful vantage point from which to watch the JFK assassination up close and personally. She also remained unsurprised, unafraid, and unhurried as she casually watched the unfolding drama as if it were an everyday affair.

Despite a concerted effort by several intelligence and security agencies, no one ever found the Babushka Lady, despite a highly dubious claim to being the elusive woman from a highly dubious female decades later.

Was the Babushka Lady a part of the conspiracy?
