Exploring an Abandoned Mall | St Louis July 2020

Located north of St Louis, Jamestown Mall opened in 1973 including department stores like Macy's, JCPenney's, Sears, and Dillard's. In the 1990s Jamestown Mall added a movie theater known as Jamestown 14 Cine.
In 2012 and 2013 the mall had issues with gas and heating shutting down making the mall temporarily close twice. When the last department store closed down in early 2014 the rest of the mall closed down completely the following summer.
Here I check out the food court, the movie theater, and a few of the stores.
This was my first time exploring an abandoned mall and while it was definitely neat to be explore it's a shame this mall is in the state that it's in.
