Africa-Unusual Sky Phenomena

When I first saw this sequence, I was baffled.

What looks like a group of electricity massed into a form like a tree is seen.

We don't have a date for this, but it was taped in Africa.

The object slowly descends toward the ground, disappearing behind some mountain.
