Apple & Banana Chocolate Cake

This is a Banana & Apple Chocolate Cake. It is so delicious, I could make it everyday.

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana
1 Apple
2 Eggs
A Cup of flour
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1\3 cup of Cocoa powder
1\2 cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
1\2 cup of Olive oil
A cup of milk

Cut the Apple & Banana first and then blend till it's smooth. Start adding all the wet ingredients as seen in the video. Mix all the wet ingredients till it is well combined, then add the dry ingredients and mix everything till it is well mixed.

Grease the oven pan with butter or oil and pour the mixture into it. Place in the oven and bake at 180°c for 30 - 40 minutes.

Use a toothpick to pierce the cake just to be sure that it is baked. The toothpick will come out clean.

It was spongy and tasty 😋 😍 😜 😊 😀

I had it with a nice hot custard and it went well with the cake.
