Are you having trouble getting to sleep, Getting the kids to sleep, or just plain need an energy change?
I created this to relax and expel the negative vibes that surround us all daily. If your angry, just want to meditate, relieve stress, or release the day try watching the screen and letting your mind, body, and soul limber.
1. Take your pose
A: If this is Yoga, Sway the sound of the music or my voice
B: If it's lying down to get to sleep, Turn your phone's brightness down ad watch the reflection of light changes listening to the music and my voice.
C: If it's for calming, meditation, Take you seat as you wish away from everyone. Pace your phone or computer in front of you and watch the screen as you listen.
D: try putting your babies and Tots to sleep with the sound or both colors and sound.
The only testing done was during the creation process. I became more relaxed and sleepy and had to take a nap.
I am not a doctor nor psychiatrist. I'm just a regular person and this is just a video I made.
So I guess I'll get feedback from you all hopefully.
