How it all went down :

In IK-19 in the Volgograd region, during a meeting of the disciplinary commission, four radical prisoners pulled out knives. One FSIN employee was killed, another was wounded, and four employees were taken hostage. Security forces arrived at the IK building.

The identities of the prisoners who seized IK-19 have been established:

1) Khusinov Temur, born in 1995

2) Navruzi Rustamchln, born in 2001

3) Toshev Ramzindin, born in 1995

Pisoners who took hostages in IK-19 in the Volgograd region are demanding that they be given weapons, cars, and that their leaders be released from the punishment cell, who were convicted under terrorist and extremist articles.
