The New Covenant is first found in Jeremiah 31:31-34. It is also found in Hebrews 8:7-14. In addition, there are several O.T. and N.T. passages that refer and support the New Covenant at "unconditional" and made with the nation of Israel, including both houses--the house of Israel and the house of Judah:
Isaiah 55:3/ 59:21/ 61:8-9
Jeremiah 32:40
Ezekiel 16:60/ 34:25-31/ 37:26-28
Romans 11:25-27
We of the New Testament Church are allowed, or adopted, or grafted into the New Covenant by the blood of Christ, shed for the forgiveness of sins when we trust in Him as our Lord and Savior.
A couple of passages that Paul wrote in Ephesians reference this:
Ephesians 2:11-17/ 3:1-6
The New Covenant will bring about the final fulfillment of the Abrahamic Covenant in the Kingdom Age.
Dr. Fruchtenbaum said that the New Covenant is the basis for the Dispensation of Grace for the New Testament Church and the Dispensation of the Kingdom for Israel.
