Ideological Consistency

Funny or infuriating to you? It's a song, not a thesis, please enjoy. That being said, I want to emphasize that I have no beef with agnostics (basically “I don’t believe, but who knows?”). This song is satire of the hard-line atheist who (in my experience) often exhibit many of the same traits they profess to hate in religious zealots.
We don't have complete information, and our analysis methods are imperfect. Claiming there is only one plausible conclusion to reach from the limited data we have (further limited by imperfect filtering) is misguided at best.
For just one example, asserting that the universe operates exactly as you would expect if there is no god is problematic. To make this claim, you would need to:
1 - Know (not just assume) there has never been divine influence (e.g. that the big bang was definitely not an act of God).
2 - Accurately model what divine intervention would look like and verify that no such intervention is ever present anywhere (which would only be possible if a mortal could accurately model all possible gods and with complete accuracy establish the causal link of every event in the universe, which is impossible).
You can make assumptions, but don't present them as facts. I'm simply asking for more humility in these discussions.
