Ep 153 Nepotism is a kind of DEI

A little late today, I had a family function. Apologies.
Well... in an attempt to bring something different to the table, I wanted to talk about DEI MY WAY, and compare it to nepotism. They are similar in many ways.
But is it a big deal? Should they concern us? Yes and No.
