NBC26 Storm Shield Weather Forecast

With widespread 80s today.....it felt like July across the area. A cold front moving through tongiht will change that for Thursday!! Tonight will be quiet with lows around 50. A cold front will work through tonight kicking up winds & turning them NE. With the cold front through, our winds will be off of Lake Michigan again, so Thursday looks to be kind of a repeat of Tuesday which is cooler and breezy, but still not too bad with highs in the 60s. If you live next to Lake Michigan, it will be much cooler there. Friday also looks quiet with highs in the 70s. Our chances of showers and T'storms increase as we head in into Saturday night. Except for a few lingering morning showers......as of right now, Sunday is looking dry, breezy and just a little cooler. Basically, the weekend will not be a wash. The Wolf River near Shiocton is no longer a River Flood Warning. The Fox River is experiencing minor flooding in Green Lake County. The river is expected to drop below flood stage into early next week.
