New California State Governor Pro Tempore Paul Preston will recognize the invasion at California’s southern border as a national defense crisis, that a State of Emergency exists in California and there are serious Constitutional violations by the current U.S. President and governor of California who are both failing to take official action as required by the U.S. Constitution Article IV, Sec. 4. Furthermore New California State will formally request California State County Sheriffs and District Attorneys immediately open investigations into the suspected involvement of Gavin Newsom and Rob Bonta into Violations of Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution as related to the open invasion of California’s southern border as a means to promote slavery, human trafficking and child sex trafficking.
