Tom McDonnell-an Irishman displays an Irish tricolour at a count??? 12-06-24

Tom McDonnell on being elected a councillor in the Newbridge Electoral is brought to task for displaying the Irish tricolour after the count by Newstalk Radio. Nobody thought it strange that Ming Flanagan on being elected an IRISH MEP diplayed a giant foreign flag - the Palestinian flag (a made up country that has never existed)! Remember the soccer frenzy of the 1980s-90s when if you were not going to a match without the tricolour colours you would be considered a freak!
