Spirit Orbs or Directed Energy Weapons

This video depicts some strange activity that my wyze security cam captured while I was temporarily living at a relatives house. I had a choice, it was either a few months living in this room til I got on my feet or being homeless and I chose the room. However I will say living at this relatives house was like living in the entry way to hell and being a Targeted Individual I know I was subjected to some experiences that I know were set up for me.
I will say at the time I was incorporating spiritual practices into my daily life and I’m not sure if What I have captured here is something paranormal or evidence of Directed Energy Weapons.
The current place I live in also gets these exact same orbs but not in the amount seen in this video.
