Building a Fancy Art Museum (Sims 2)

Part 23 of building Sunshine Island! Casual Sunday stream, starting a new build of a fancy art museum. Building the structure of the building with two art gallery rooms on the first floor, a reception area, bathrooms, small cafe with seating, and double staircase to second floor where these will be more art exhibits, a classroom for art classes, and maybe some offices or conference rooms. There will also be a sculpture garden outside! No mods or CC.
