Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

Today will be quite breezy with those winds coming off of Lake Michigan. That will keep much of the area cooler with highs in the 60s, though much cooler closer to the lake. It looks like we should stay dry with the clouds moving out. Tonight will be mostly clear and quiet with lows in the mid-40s. Wednesday, we'll be warming it up again with some sun. Highs getting closer to the 80 degree mark again. It may get a bit cooler near Lake Michigan at times. The quiet pattern should continue through the workweek, but things look to be a little more active for this upcoming weekend. Our chance of showers and T'storms increases as we head through our Saturday into Saturday evening. As of right now, Sunday is looking dry.
