Storm Brings High Winds and Heavy Rain to Dulles Airport

Passengers at Washington Dulles International Airport were advised to take shelter on the evening of Monday, May 14, after the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a warning of a possible tornado in the area. Adam Blickstein captured footage of high winds and rain buffeting vehicles outside the Virginia airport during the storm. NWS DC/Baltimore warned via Twitter damaging winds and hail were possible across Fairfax County.
