Was the Deep State worried that if Trump won he would have brought Julian Assange back to the US?

I doubt it.

This guy is like Epstein - he is wanted by everyone and I would imagine his life will be in danger.

Supposed he will be heading back to Australia. I really doubt that Assange will say anything and will not talk to anyone. He has learned his lesson and knows he may be the most wanted man in the world.

If they give him the opportunity to live and keep quiet, that is exactly what he will do.
