KCPD on scene of standoff in northeast KCMO

KCPD is on the scene of a standoff near Bellefontaine and Smart Avenue in northeast Kansas City, Missouri. Police were initially called just before 5 a.m. about an armed disturbance. When they got to the scene, they were told the armed person had run inside a residence.
