A 20-year-old former McDonald's employee will spend between three and 20 years in prison

Quanta Barnes of Kentwood was also sentenced for carrying a concealed weapon. He asked for forgiveness at his sentencing yesterday and says he "was clearly off track" and made bad decisions. Barnes also stole 60-thousand-dollars from a man whose wife was in a hospital dying.
