Luthen Rael has a unique kit: his kit varies depending on who is in the leader slot (specifically Saw Gerrera or "other").

For a conquest character, I don't feel like he's really that juicy, even his Omicrons are kind of lack luster. I think the only thing really cool about him is that summoned rebel troopers (no matter who does the summoning) are automatically taken to Commander status.
