Here is one of my exercise routines you can try outdoors or inside at home.
I usually use 1.5kg or 3kg ankle weights with this exercise.
If you are new to this, make sure you start off without the ankle weights first. Gradually add weights as you get more confident and stronger over time.
My exercise routines are put together especially for mature women in mind 🌸
