VIB's characters he made. His most infamous one is "O char mais apelao do mundo", a cheap 1 hit kill stickman char before Omega Tom Hanks and F1, and was one of the cheapest MUGEN char ever for many years back in the day. He's not featured in this video for obvious reasons, but you can still download him at the link below. We have Bola ver. 1.1 & Vegetto candy form vs. Super Kung Fu Man & Galford, all by VIB. Update: (I don't know if O char mais apelao do mundo actually tied with F1 as being the "cheapest MUGEN char ever for many years back in the day," because I haven't done a rigorous test, and looked at the code. Maybe O char mais apelao do mundo's kill power isn't that strong compared to F1; I haven't tested it. I guess Omega Tom Hanks would fall behind because he doesn't kill you right away).
