Kyrie, an archaeologist from Harvard University enters her office on Monday morning only to find an urgent text from the department lead Professor Chaddick. She quickly heads to his office to find out what is needed. Two agents from the Department of Defense sit across the Professor’s desk. Kyrie pulls up a seat and is filled in on the situation.

A small landmass has been revealed in the ocean that the DOD has interest in. They play their cards close to their hand but offer a contract to perform an excavation for the Professor and 4 team members. Their interest is gained when they inform that the contract would be Top Secret, and that temporary security clearances would be issued for the duration of the mission.

The Kyrie and the Professor’s curiosity win them over. What could they possibly expect to be a danger to national security on a remote previously sunken island!?

It doesn’t take long for things to start getting strange, the team is deployed on a US Navy ship to an undisclosed location in the Atlantic Ocean. Their team is with 3 additional groups as they travel on the ship in the same housing area together. When they finally arrive the “ALPHA” team from NASA is dispatched to examine the island and ensure it is safe for operations. Once the ship comes to a stop they have a CODE BLACK occur, knocking out some if not all of the ship’s systems of communication.

The ALPHA team clears them for operations and the 4 groups head over to the island. When they get on the land everyone is stunned to see the large crystalline structure that takes up a massive portion of the landmass. While in awe at the ornate structure of the crystals, a NASA member fills them in on the shocking events they witnessed when the crystals began to float and become nonphysical as they circulated in three different layers.

Astounded by the news, Kyrie breaks away and heads over to the operation center to find the DOD agent who is leading the operation, but hears a strange radio transmission when she gets close to it talking about the ruins below the land being examined by the submarine crew. Things begin to become more clear as to the reason they are there.
