Many news sources, independent reporters, and even former Ukrainian President Poroshenko say Zelenskiy will be an illegitimate president after May 20 because Zelenskiy canceled the presidential elections. Is this the case, or does Zelenskiy have the right to cancel elections in Ukraine under Martial Law?
