Jennifer had one of the most wonderful surprises of her life when she saw her baby on a sonogram. Jennifer and her husband were trying to decide the best way to announce their pregnancy, when they received a suggestion from within the womb. The parents-to-be were attending an ultrasound when the scan captured their child appearing to clap. Not wanting to miss such a perfect introduction, the couple took their doctor’s advice to create a video of the baby clapping as Jennifer serenaded her baby.

On the ultrasound, it is clearly visible that the fetus is clapping as the doctor and the baby’s family sing “If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands.” It definitely leaves us puzzled to whether the fetus could really do that. The fetus claps three times but is it really clasping its tiny hands or does it unknowingly make movements that look like that? And if it does clap, then it is possible that it happens once and the video is probably edited to look like it happens over and over again.

Edited or not, it makes us laugh and it leaves us amazed and speechless and it seems like the little boy or girl will be interested in music with such a rhythmic introduction. This couple’s going to have a really happy baby if this ultrasound is anything to go by. The baby also appears to have rhythm, managing to stay in time with the song while its father films.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
