Kate and William expect to welcome their third child to the family later this month. Some have suggested the couple's third little bundle might decide to gatecrash their wedding anniversary plans on April 29. Kate and William will celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary on April 29, after tying the knot in 2011.

The British royal family is having a rather hectic spring. The entire Windsor crew is getting ready for the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. And William and Kate’s third royal baby is expected to come into the world any day now. He or she will be warmly welcomed by the world in the most millennial way ever: on Instagram.

After delivery, Kensington Palace will follow strict protocol steeped in tradition, with a few new-age action items thrown in for good measure. First, Kate and Prince William will be given several hours of privacy to bond with their new little one. Then the queen will be notified, then an email will be sent out revealing the sex of the baby.

After the email, an announcement will be posted to an easel providing more information such as the time of birth and the baby’s weight. To keep things cool and modern, the palace will share all of this detailed information on an Instagram and Twitter post, just like they did with Princess Charlotte.

Mere hours after the birth is announced, William and Kate will be expected to exit out the steps of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital where they will stand for a few moments to take photographs with the press before getting into their own car and driving home, likely to introduce the baby to his or her big brother and sister.
