Haley Too Russian Counterpart - 'I'm in awe how you said what you said with a straight face'

Russia has moved some of their troops into areas that would/could be attacked. We are waiting for absolute proof that Assad did this because it makes no sense why he would do this when, with Russia's help, he was winning the war. I believe Assad's enemies did this to keep the war going by drawing other nations back into the war, thus escalating this into a wider war.
