I first spoke to Mark Byford on the 9th April, but thanks to my amazing ability to mess things up, it did not quite go according to plan. This was our second conversation with each other.
In this part Mark speaks about misleading labelling, the use of carbon dioxide as a preservative, eating food in season and the use of mRNA vaccines in animal, which apparently is not under the remit of DEFRA
