After Surviving Covid, GST ended my business.

Hi , my name is Helen , I'm 59 years old. I am divorced and have worked as a Sole Trader Cleaner for 8 years. Worked in various parts of Melbourne then moved my business to regional Victoria, at the end of lockdown 4 through Covid. Have built a new client base and all was going well until my accountant advised me to begin claiming GST. It's been a downward spiral ever since of enormous taxation to the point now I have to close my business at the end of May.
