BTW. That's a dog either sleeping or slowly dying inside that carcass. At first I was thinking it was the unborn baby. You can see it move a bit if you look veeery closely. But still, a sad and visual realization for something like that to be casually laying on the side of a heavily trafficked road. Where are you humanity?
